The Runoko Rashidi Institute was established to honor the legacy and contributions of Dr. Runoko Rashidi, a distinguished historian and scholar dedicated to the study and dissemination of African history and culture. Dr. Rashidi’s extensive research and travels across more than 125 countries provided invaluable insights into the African origins of civilization and the global presence of Black people. The institute aims to continue his mission by promoting education, research, and public awareness about the rich and diverse history of African people and their contributions to world civilization.
